Pears, quince, crisp green apple skin, white florals all grace the nose followed by a palate of granny smith apples and nashi pear, with some lovely spiciness of white pepper and clove.
Medium bodied, slight blush of sweetness and balanced beautifully by a slatey mineral acidity. Concentrated with a long finish, fresh and balanced and immensely drinkable.
