Winemaker Paul Pujol worked as winemaker at Kuentz-Bas in Alsace, and it is this experience that helped shape Paul’s approach with aromatic whites here in Central Otago.

This is a textured, aromatic wine with great freshness. The freshness and texture make it an easy food match. A textural delight, with powerful, delicious aromas and flavours of ripe apple, Nashi pear, touches of honeysuckle.

This is a truly aromatic expression of Pinot Gris and a marvellous food wine.
