The 2021 Mount Michael Pinot Gris has an appealing nose of ripe pear, ginger spice, figs and rose petals. Lots of weight and texture on the palate with notes of red apple and baked pear.
The wine is driven by a rich, concentrated mouthfeel, and long textural finish. Complimented by a refreshing acidity and nice phenolic grip.
