Pinot Gris from Maude’s Central Otago vineyards often displays the character of the fruit trees which preceded the vineyards, namely the stone fruit trees of nectarine, peach and apricot.

A blend of vineyards throughout Central allows them to deliver a wine with a large array of aromas and flavours – from the fruit tree blossom, perfumed, pure and delicate to the juicy lush flavours of a ripe peach.
