Carrick Dry Riesling 2021

Riesling does particularly well in Central Otago and the dry version we make at Carrick is perhaps the most transparent of the site on which we grow this grape. It is also the most refreshing and food friendly.

Crisp, punchy organic riesling with lime, apricot and wildflower flavours balanced by a core of fruity acidity which adds some welcome tension to the wine.

Delicious now but with the potential to develop toasty bottle age characters.
