Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, the Akarua De-Bettencor Sauvignon Blanc is a wine of texture and complexity.
Aromas of white pepper and blackcurrant leaf. The pallet is textural with lime sorbet acidity. Gooseberry notes softening into melon & salted white peach, with a long and enduring finish.
